An excellent report from “Skills for Care” although in the Health and Social Care industry we are making great strides forward in many areas, however staffing still remains a major issue.
As we move forward to 2024 more support from central government is needed, to combat the current issues NSRS work with training providers to help new Support/Care Workers into employment for our clients. This allows us to get qualified support workers to our clients that are also trainable and mouldable to each particular client.
