Next Step Recruitment Solutions is the answer to a problem. So what was the problem?
NSSL Group our parent company was looking for a way to help support their clients into meaningful work opportunities, after searching for many solutions all of which cost money which was not available due to the nature of funding. To solve this problem our two founding partners Reshad Khodabux the managing director of NSSL and now NSRS and Travis Thomas the recruitment manager for NSSL hit upon the idea to start a recruitment agency. With his experience in running external agencies and internal departments this gave us what we needed to make this solution work, utilising over a decade of recruitment experience from resourcing to managing, developing and building a recruitment agency with a difference and real world ethical results.
This came with its own challenges but the benefits would far outweigh the challenges and so here we are Next Step Recruitment Solutions. This will provide another revenue stream allowing us to look at internal work opportunities for the people supported by NSSL allowing them to gain real world work experience, earn a fair wage, build confidence, and finally when they are ready to move on they will have a real world professional work reference.
How do we get there?
By offering a top end recruitment service for our clients enabling them to grow their businesses, and keeping our own costs down started with a PC, mobile phone and a lot of passion. Now it has grown to employing top recruitment consultants and providing a personalised service to our clients and ensuring we understand their needs. As the business grows we will achieve more of our goals and help more people and businesses.
Vision for the future
As we grow as a company we can then enact the main vision of NSRS local offices to the NSSL services, this will give local work opportunities and allow us to integrate the companies even more into local communities providing even more opportunities for the people in supported living.
