Registered Manager

Next Step Recruitment Solutions is working with a brand new domiciliary care company launching in Luton. They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service from the very beginning, from CQC registration through to building the team and setting the standards the company will grow on.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a domiciliary care service from scratch rather than step into an existing structure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the service through CQC registration and preparation for its first inspection
• Building policies, procedures and rotas from the ground up
• Recruiting, training and developing the initial care team
• Setting quality, compliance and safeguarding standards for the company as it establishes itself
• Acting as the registered point of accountability for the service with CQC

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong working knowledge of CQC requirements and the registration process
• Confidence and resilience to build a service from scratch, rather than maintain an existing one
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Luton

What’s On Offer

• £38,000 – £42,000 salary, depending on experience
